Our client is seeking Remote Call Center Sales Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT. This is a work from home position only.
What you ll be doing:
Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently by assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of our client's products and servicesInitiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan applicationEnsure excellent customer service through excellent verbal and written communicationMaintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts Requirements:
Experience in a call center setting is preferredProficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listenFamiliarity with CRM systems and their functionsMultitasking abilities, skilled in setting priorities and managing time effectively Location:

$17.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a quaterly performance based bonus!
