Call Center Sales Representative•Timeshare Exit (Full-Time) Company Overview Apex Associates is a growing consumer advocacy company that helps clients navigate timeshare cancellation and exit solutions across the United States. We work with individuals and families who are overwhelmed by rising maintenance fees, unwanted ownership obligations, and aggressive resort contracts. Our mission is to provide professional guidance and support throughout the exit process. Our in-house call center is expanding, and we're looking for driven, confident sales professionals who can communicate effectively, build trust, and close deals over the phone. If you're motivated, competitive, and ready to earn serious income — we want you on our team.
Position Location:
Orlando, FL / On-site and remote
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Commission (depending on experience) What You'll Do Make outbound calls to potential clients (fresh leads provided daily). Speak with timeshare owners about their current ownership situation, maintenance fees, loan balances, and frustrations. Explain our timeshare exit services with confidence and professionalism. Build rapport, overcome objections, and guide clients through the enrollment process. Follow scripts and sales processes while maintaining a conversational and empathetic approach. Maintain accurate notes in CRM and follow up with prospects as needed. Hit or exceed daily and weekly performance goals. What We Offer Guaranteed fresh leads provided daily. What We're Looking For Call center or phone sales experience preferred (timeshare exit, debt settlement, merchant services, solar, insurance, or B2B sales a plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented, coachable, and competitive mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Professional attitude with reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to build trust and handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and confidence.
