In this role, we're looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with uncapped earning potential , structured training, and a clear path for advancement. Responsibilities Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently and professionally Positive attitude with high energy and a team-oriented mindset Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow Goal-oriented with a driven and competitive mindset Motivated to achieve both personal and team success Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate Requirements Open to learning and receptive to feedback and coaching Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with clients professionally Strong follow-up skills with the ability to stay organized and consistent Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships Some sales experience preferred, but not required Strong listening skills to understand client needs and provide solutions Ability to handle objections and remain confident in conversations Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills Reliable and consistent attendance Ability to meet and exceed performance goals Comfortable working a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Speak with inbound and warm leads (no cold calling required, depending on your setup) Educate clients on available solutions and guide them through the process Build rapport quickly and effectively close deals Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
