If you have Fundraising/Sales experience and a passion for the Performing Arts, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate Guthrie Theater fundraising team! DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing firm, raising millions for arts organizations for over 25 years. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our call team and help our prestigious client continue to thrive. We're looking for energetic personalities, fundraisers and salespeople. This is an opportunity to do something that serves a great purpose. We proudly work in support of the Guthrie Theater's celebrated programming and outreach initiatives that bring world-class theater to audiences across the region. We are currently accepting applications for new team members who meet the following criteria: Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred. No cold calling - all leads are Guthrie Theater patrons and/or current/lapsed donors. Fully remote/WFH - all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity You must be computer savvy and are required to have: Desktop or laptop High Speed Internet Headset with a microphone You MUST be: Articulate and persuasive, be able to follow a script, memorize it, and sound authentic and natural Someone who can consistently CLOSE SALES and

Be available to attend paid training on: Monday, July 6th, 4:30 pm-8:30 pm CST Be able to work 16 hours per week: Mon-Thu 4:30-8:30 CST, Fri-Sat 10am-2pm CST You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible:
NY, NJ, CT, MA, IL, CA
Compensation:
$14/HR plus commission (guaranteed state minimum)
