We are a small, but rapidly growing Family Law Firm in San Diego, California, looking for a Salesperson with
CONSULTATIVE
sales experience, preferably Spanish bilingual, but not required. We help people end an unfulfilled marriage, heal their families and find hope for the future again. We want a salesperson with a proven track record of success and not with just a resume of jobs held. This position, referred to as a Client Engagement Specialist, is responsible for conducting sales conversations to identify the potential client's problem or opportunity, and when appropriate, selling them "solutions" that our Firm provides. This is not a "Customer Service" position. Please do not apply if you do not have extensive B2C sales, client-building relationship experience and experience selling services of at least $10,000, per up front sale (not on a contract basis). This position isn't about you, your self-esteem or ego
- it is about our potential clients and providing them solutions. You will receive a base pay ($50k
- $56k) with ample opportunity to earn ongoing paid incentives for your job performance and onboarding new clients (if goals are met, another 20K) and company profit sharing if the firm's goals are met. Do not call our office, please.
- This is a mostly remote position
- must be able to come to office in San Diego for training, on a limited basis and travel out-of-state for trainings.

Responsibilities:
Conduct sales conversations to identify problems and sell solutions Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the legal team Follow up with potential new clients to help them come to a decision about moving forward and hiring our Firm Track and report metrics relating to marketing sales conversion data Maintain records and enter critical data into the firm's systems Develop, Maintain, and Nurture relationships with our referral partners Participate in training programs and always learning and improving your skills

Our Inbound Sales Representative does Not give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience are required because we can teach you our process for engagement and how our services help clients, but we can't teach you how to take initiative, be empathetic, demonstrate ownership, and be confident. About our Company San Diego Divorce Lawyers, APC focuses exclusively on family law cases such as divorce, legal separation, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence restraining orders, paternity, marital settlement agreements, and post-judgment modifications. The firm is headed by acclaimed San Diego attorney Puja Sachdev, who is widely regarded as one of the top family law attorneys in the community. The firm pays for a contribution to Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Acupuncture/Chiropractic, Life Insurance & Disability Insurance. 10 days accrued vacation to start. There are 10 paid holidays that the firm is closed for.
