Licensed Healthcare Agent

This position assists new and existing beneficiaries with their Medicare needs with a focus on DSNP (Dual Special Needs Plan). As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our client's lives.

Active Health, or Life & Health, Insurance Licensed Work from home equipment setup 1 year of Medicare experience Knowledge and understanding of Medicare/Medicaid plans Computer proficiency - Microsoft programs, Windows systems, etc. Ability to work in a virtual team environment

Position Responsibilities:

Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence Attend team meetings and training sessions Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers Convert sales calls at a minimum of 80% Provide customer care
