Job Description
Edge Alarm and Fire is a locally owned Colorado Springs security company serving residential and commercial clients across the Front Range — from Castle Rock to Pueblo. We install and monitor cameras, alarm systems, access control, fire alarms, and provide 24/7 monitoring through Alarm.com and COPS Monitoring. We're growing fast and looking for a driven, personable sales rep to help us connect with more local businesses and homeowners who need protection. The Role This is a part-time outbound sales position. You'll work from your phone and computer — reaching out to pre-qualified leads, following up on email campaigns, and booking free security assessments for the owner to close. No cold knocking, no technical expertise required. Just great communication and a hustle mindset. What You'll Do Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to warm leads (lists provided) Respond to inbound inquiries from our website, TikTok, and social media Book free security assessment appointments for the owner Track lead statuses and notes in our CRM tool Follow up with prospects who haven't responded Report weekly on calls made and appointments booked What We're Looking For Previous sales, customer service, or phone outreach experience preferred Confident, friendly communicator — you don't shy away from the phone Self-motivated and organized Local to Colorado Springs or surrounding areas Security or home services experience is a plus, not required Compensation $15•18/hr base (20-25 hrs/week) $25 per completed assessment booked $75 bonus per install that closes from your booked assessment $5/month per active monitoring contract you originate A rep booking 8 assessments/week at a 30% close rate can earn $500•800+ per month on top of base pay.
