Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and warm calling strategies to promote our products and services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive business development, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and maximize outreach efforts Maintain excellent communication skills to clearly convey product features, benefits, and technical details Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles within technology or related sectors Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly Knowledge of technology sales and technical sales processes is highly desirable Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling strategies for lead conversion Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships Business development skills with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and expanding market reach Join us as a Phone Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and success.
