Your primary mission will be to identify high-potential business prospects, initiate contact, and schedule qualified discovery calls for our senior agents. We provide the general parameters and target industries (e.g., transportation, logistics, construction, and contracting) — you bring the drive, grit, and outbound execution.
What You Will Do:
Outbound Prospecting:
Conduct targeted outbound cold calls and in-person visits, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to business owners, fleet managers, and corporate decision-makers.
Qualify Prospects:
Ask smart, open-ended questions to assess the prospect's current business needs, operational size, and current renewal timelines.
Calendar Management:
Successfully overcome objections and secure a specific date/time for the prospect to speak with one of our licensed agents.
Pipeline Tracking:
Keep meticulous notes of daily outreach activity, call outcomes, and scheduled appointments within our CRM system.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven Track Record:
At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (experience in commercial insurance, logistics, or real estate logistics is a major plus) OR, if you do not have experience, a clear passion for success. Earning opportunity is limitless.
Fearless Phone and In-Person Presence:
A professional, persuasive voice with the ability to build quick rapport and navigate past gatekeepers smoothly.
Self-Motivated Contractor:
Because this is a 1099 remote role, you must be a disciplined self-starter who can manage your time effectively without hand-holding.
Tech-Savvy:
