Job Summary:

We are seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team, 90% outbound/10% inbound. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

You MUST be located in one of these states:

AL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, and WI Work Hours:

Full time 11 AM to 8 PM EST, may require weekends

Compensation:

$15 hourly, plus ability to earn $240 per month in bonuses!

Position Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Experience with computer, typing and navigating the internet.
• Ability to communicate verbally and orally and a positive attitude is required.
• Windows 11 operating system: (Chromebooks/HP Streams/ Macs CANNOT be used)
• 8Gb of RAM
• 250 GB Hard Disk Space
• Wired USB Headset with inline mute switch
• Laptop or desktop that is no more than 2 years old
• Monitor if using desktop and cables
