Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Telemarketer to promote and generate sales for our water purification machines. In this role, you will contact potential customers, educate them on the benefits of clean and safe drinking water, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping customers improve their home or business water quality. Other company products and services to be added as candidate becomes more familiar with all of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using generated leads Introduce and explain water purification systems, including features and health benefits Identify customer needs and recommend suitable water machine solutions Handle objections and provide clear, accurate information Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Follow call scripts while adapting to different customer responses Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and marketing goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated Basic computer skills and CRM management
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities are a plus Strong closing and negotiation skills
