Job Description

Job Summary A growing workplace solutions provider is seeking a performance-driven Call Center Sales Rep for a contract/temporary Remote opportunity. This inside sales role is ideal for a motivated telesales professional who thrives in a high-volume outbound calling environment and enjoys converting warm leads into recurring subscription-based business. The Call Center Sales Rep will focus on selling HR compliance products and services, including labor law posters and HR and safety consulting solutions. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented position with a one-call close sales model, strong commission potential, and a clear focus on revenue performance. This opportunity offers a supportive sales environment, structured scripts, CRM tools, and leadership focused on productivity, coaching, and results. Candidates who are resilient, persuasive, and energized by achieving sales goals can build valuable experience in B2B sales, compliance services, and subscription-based selling. Key Responsibilities
  • Make an average of 150 warm outbound calls per day to prospective and existing business customers.
  • Convert new business orders into monthly or annual recurring subscriptions for HR compliance products and services.
  • Identify decision-makers, explain compliance risks and penalties, and present relevant product solutions.
  • Drive upgrades, cross-sells, renewals, and one-call close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, follow structured scripts, and document customer interactions.
  • Handle objections professionally while staying focused on revenue goals and sales performance metrics. Compensation and Benefits
  • 100% remote
  • Compensation:
    $18 + commission
  • Position type: Contract/Temporary.
  • Bonus structure: Representatives earn commission on every paid order, with commission rates increasing as monthly net order volume grows.
  • Commission plan rewards productivity and higher-value sales, with higher order-count tiers earning increased commission per order.
  • Orders valued at $1,000 or more earn a commission of 4% regardless of tier.
