The Verizon Representative will then speak about its reliability and everyday impact with a calm confidence that makes customers feel they're finally stepping into the internet experience they should have had all along. Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative Boost monthly sales performance by matching customers with the most reliable fiber-optic plans available today in person. Consult with work-from-home customers to show how fiber prevents dropped video calls and increases sales value. Evaluate a home's total bandwidth needs to present Verizon FiOS as the top network for modern, heavy-usage homes. Convert curious shoppers into happy customers with a professional sales presentation that focuses on real-world benefits. Oversee the initial account details for every customer to ensure their sales experience is completely stress-free. Deliver a high-quality service with fellow Verizon Representatives so every activation is rooted in trust and professional sales service. Qualifications of the Verizon Representative Experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Friendly, professional communication style that puts customers at ease.
