As a Verizon Representative, you'll connect with customers and show how Verizon FiOS brings faster speeds and stronger connectivity to their daily needs. The Verizon Representative will then use sales techniques to answer questions and guide customers toward the right choice. Every interaction becomes a chance to build trust, demonstrate value, and support sales success. Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative Meet with customers to discuss how Verizon FiOS can enhance their home internet with faster speeds and more reliable connectivity. Compare Verizon FiOS plans in a friendly, approachable way, helping customers select the best option for their needs. Explain fiber-optic advantages in everyday language, focusing on how it improves streaming, gaming, and remote work. Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decision. Support customers through the enrollment process, making their upgrade to Verizon FiOS effortless and enjoyable. Drive sales success by turning customer interest into completed enrollments through engaging, consultative discussions. Qualifications of the Verizon Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Adapts quickly to new promotions, technologies, and evolving sales strategies. Solves problems creatively, turning objections into successful sales outcomes. Collaborates with teammates to maximize overall sales performance. Manages time effectively to balance prospecting, follow-ups, and closing sales.

$750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
