This position is primarily focused on outreach and appointment setting. You'll communicate with past clients, real estate agents, referral partners, and prospective clients generated through our marketing efforts. Success in this role comes from consistency, professionalism, and the ability to create genuine conversations that lead to appointments and stronger relationships. Responsibilities Contact past clients and maintain long-term relationships. Reach out to Realtors and referral partners. Follow up with marketing-generated leads. Schedule appointments and coordinate warm transfers when appropriate. Track conversations and follow-up activity within the CRM. Maintain organized notes and communication records. Represent Archetype Mortgage professionally and positively. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with people throughout the day. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships over the phone. Able to stay motivated and maintain a good attitude even when hearing "no." Organized and comfortable using CRM software to manage follow-up and communication. Reliable, coachable, and willing to continuously improve. Preferred Experience (Not Required) We welcome applicants from many backgrounds. Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required: Appointment setting or inside sales. Customer service or client-facing roles. Real estate, mortgage, insurance, banking, or financial services. Door-to-door sales, retail sales, hospitality, or other positions involving regular interaction with people. Roles where persistence, follow-up, and relationship-building were important. Additional Requirements Ability to work full-time in our Addison, Texas office. Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day while managing follow-up activities. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software. High school diploma or equivalent.
