Salary Range:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Professional phone etiquette. Career minded vision. Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Responsibilities Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly. Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
