Receptionist and Lead Generation Specialist (Bilingual)

Soul Glow Medspa is seeking an individual passionate about sales and customer service. This is not a passive administrative role; your primary focus is converting potential clients into paid appointments. You are the driving force behind our spa's growth.
Salary Structure :
Start at a probationary $16/hour with $10 commissions from each appointment-backed deposit obtained. Earn a $100 monthly bonus if you book 40 clients in a 30 day period. May advance pay after 60 days pending performance
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
Conduct cold calls and follow up with our list of prospects (hot, warm, and cold) using our CRM system.
Conversion :
Clearly explain our services and pricing, handle objections, and secure appointment bookings by collecting mandatory deposits.
Sales :
Promote and close sales of retail products over the phone.
Customer Service :
Manage the reception area with a professional, warm, and efficient attitude.
Essential Requirements :
Absolute fluency in Spanish and English (Bilingual) — a mandatory requirement for the local Farmers Branch market. Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service. Complete comfort requesting deposits over the phone and discussing the pricing of medical services. Ability to quickly learn and master our CRM system (GoHighLevel), booking and charting system (Moxie), Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail and various other applications.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
