Insurance Agency Telemarketer We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our marketing department. As an Agency Telemarketer you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to excel in an ongoing growing insurance agency. Most interactions will be via phone and in person participation at local city events throughout the year. This part time position pays a competitive hourly rate with a potential to bonus from your efforts and success as a telemarketer. It is a great opportunity that works well for those who are disciplined, very outgoing, and project amazing first impressions from the start. The Agency Telemarketer position is great for college students or individuals that need more flexible hours and can lead to a full time position within our office needs. If you are great over the phone, can speak English and Spanish fluently, this position is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet marketing goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance prospects, attend presentations and social events. Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to help with our services. Foster strong relationships with our centers of influence to maintain a high level of client recommendation and brand loyalty. Grow prospects by utilizing phone, email, social media, social events, B2B presence and potential client lists. Prospects for new people by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Develop agency branding thru Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be awesome at opening conversations and getting appointments from a cold start by phone and in person. Fluent when talking to multiple people at once. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. B2B experience and ability to connect with business owners . Able to relate with low to very high income prospects. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. Ability to attend events in all types of weather (Laredo weather).
