We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our team and contribute to our business development efforts. As a Telemarketer, you will have the opportunity to connect with potential customers and promote our products/services through warm and outbound calling.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
