Driven, Self-starter Quick Learner Strong Multitasker Passionate about work quality Metrics-Based Mentality Job Summary Inbound Sales (Warm leads generated by our marketing team or current customer base) Outbound Sales (Calling former customers who are happy to come back) Provide 5-star service to customers and co-workers with every interaction Educate new and existing customers on the benefits of Axiom Eco-Pest Control's service offerings Maintain sales and retention targets by adhering to company policy and procedures Offer Solutions to retain customers that call to discontinue service. The Sales & Retention Agent coordinates with the Router/Dispatcher, Field Technicians, and various members of management via phone, email, text message, and electronic records (CRM tool) to schedule new and existing customer pest control services. This position is primarily focused on inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, although outbound calls do occur several times each day. The ideal candidate is someone who is assertive, self-driven, and demonstrates a sense of urgency in each interaction. Punctuality and attendance are critical. During our busiest season (typically, May through September) we rotate Saturday phone coverage.
