Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers by visiting their homes and businesses, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your goal is to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your business development expertise while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. All sales activities are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your proactive efforts and customer engagement. Duties Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective customers, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity Utilize warm calling techniques to generate interest and set appointments for follow-up discussions or demonstrations Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding customer needs, addressing objections, and presenting tailored solutions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target neighborhoods and develop effective outreach strategies Follow up with potential clients via telemarketing or inside sales methods to maximize conversion rates Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Qualifications Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Familiarity with CRM software such as Housecall Pro Knowledge of technology sales or business development strategies is a plus Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling and warm calling campaigns confidently Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team committed to growth, innovation, and delivering outstanding value to our customers.
