The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through various outreach methods. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology sales and have a knack for building relationships. Duties Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage potential customers and assess their needs. Perform outbound calling to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Leverage software tools to track interactions with prospects and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and identify target audiences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding prospects through the sales process. Assist in technical sales discussions, providing insights into product features and benefits. Continuously follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into customers. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with technology sales and understanding of the software market is a plus. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to perform warm calling and outbound calling with confidence and professionalism. Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools for tracking sales activities. A self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets and driving results. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
