Atomic Promotions is expanding its sales team with a full-time Entry Level Representative focused on Verizon FiOS. The Entry Level Representative will center on customer engagement, helping them navigate high‑speed fiber options and whole‑home coverage through consultative sales conversations that build confidence and drive results. As an Entry Level Representative, you'll be trained to cover everything from whole-home Wi-Fi to the incredible stability of fiber-optic technology. The Entry Level Representative will then engage customers and offer the kind of sales guidance that a website simply cannot provide. This role isn't just about sales; it's about providing the high-performance backbone for a customer's digital life through expert sales coordination. Core Functions of the Entry Level Representative Provide friendly in-person support to customers exploring Verizon FiOS Internet, helping them find the perfect high-speed solution for their home. Listen attentively during consultations to understand connectivity challenges and recommend the best Verizon FiOS Internet options. Combine strong customer support with sales skills to help them upgrade to faster, more reliable Verizon FiOS Internet service. Assist customers in person with choosing reliable Verizon FiOS Internet services focused on speed, coverage, and consistency for their household. Drive Verizon FiOS Internet sales by identifying customer needs and turning conversations into new service activations. Follow up personally with customers to ensure satisfaction with their Verizon FiOS Internet and uncover additional sales opportunities. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Representative Initiative to proactively identify customer needs and Fiber upgrades. Relationship-building skills to encourage repeat engagement and referrals. Basic tech literacy to understand and explain Fiber service features. Resilience and persistence in supporting sales goals while maintaining customer trust.
