You'll build an enrollment pipeline one conversation at a time, track your enrollment results, and earn commissions for every sale you close. The Enrollment Representative's sales success is tied to their ability to make complex things simple. As an Enrollment Representative, you will help our customers unlock major savings by enrolling in Verizon FiOS or 5G Home Wireless. The Enrollment Representative guides consumers through the enrollment process, showcasing how Verizon FiOS pure fiber-optic internet and 5G Home Wireless solutions deliver uninterrupted streaming and crystal-clear communication. Responsibilities of the Enrollment Representative Approach customers by presenting Verizon FiOS and Verizon wireless solutions, turning sales conversations into productive sales and enrollment opportunities. Deliver easy-to-understand explanations of internet reliability and wireless flexibility that keep customers engaged throughout the sales and enrollment process. Evaluate customer usage patterns and recommend tailored solutions that strengthen both enrollment accuracy and overall sales impact. Handle enrollment steps with care, ensuring all customer details are captured correctly to support smooth, sales-backed activations. Follow up with newly enrolled customers to verify satisfaction, reinforce trust, and open the door for additional sales opportunities. Drive consistent results by balancing high-quality enrollment with steady, goal-oriented sales activity. Qualifications of an Enrollment Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in sales or customer enrollment is a plus, but not required. Organized and self-motivated in managing daily sales and enrollment activity. Problem-solver who keeps the enrollment process moving smoothly. Positive attitude that supports consistent sales and enrollment performance.
