We are currently in search of motivated individuals to join our high performing, customer-service oriented Collection Team. Bonus:

Initial starting bonus of $1,500 for the first three months, $1,000 for months 3-6 of employment to help the transition into earning a bonus •must meet attendance requirements•Preferred Fields of Experience Customer Service Retail Call Center Hospitality Industry Restaurant or Fast-Food (e.g. server, bartender, host) General Duties Primarily answer in-bound calls from consumers that received paperwork from our Firm Place friendly out-bound reminder calls Accurately update our database to reflect the current state of the account in detail Remain compliant with all applicable policies and procedures set by the company and our clients, as well as adhere to applicable laws (e.g. FDCPA & Reg F, TCPA, etc.) Return calls to consumers in a timely fashion Remain professional and respectful with consumers at all times Compensation, Benefits & Other Base pay $17/hour + tiered bonus structure, where you earn a greater percentage of what you collect, the more you collect Bonuses are highly lucrative and attainable Bonuses have no limit Medical, dental and vision are offered at 60 days employment Paid time off and holiday pay begin at 90 days 401k at 1 year with %6 match Basic life insurance (complimentary at 1 year) Subsidized gym membership available D.O.E.
