We're looking for a persistent, positive, and people-savvy Call Center Rehash Specialist to reconnect with leads who didn't convert the first time around. Your mission? Re-engage, rebuild interest, and help close the deal with confidence and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
Reach out to previously contacted or inactive leads to reintroduce our services Handle objections with confidence and turn hesitation into opportunity Update customer records and track interactions in our system Follow up consistently to keep prospects engaged Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion strategies
What You Bring:
Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence on the phone and the ability to think on your feet Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience (a plus, not required) Resilience—you don't get discouraged by rejection Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM systems
