Sales Application Engineer - Heat Exchange Catoosa, OK | Full-Time | On-Site Eligible candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Established company with consistent performance and growth About the Role We re looking for a technically grounded, customer-facing engineer to support engineered thermal equipment sales from early engagement through final close. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial strategy-focused on air-cooled and heat transfer systems used in industrial applications. You ll work directly with customers and internal teams to develop application-specific solutions, support proposal efforts, and lead technical discussions tied to performance, design, and system capabilities.Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support:
Partner with commercial teams to support RFQs, proposals, and technical bid responses for thermal equipment applicationsOpportunity Management:
Drive opportunities from initial qualification through solution development, proposal, and closeTechnical Ownership:
Serve as the subject matter resource for air-cooled and heat transfer equipment performance and applicationCustomer Engagement:
Lead technical presentations and discussions focused on system design, performance, and application fitSolution Development:
Translate process conditions, thermal requirements, and customer specifications into engineered solutionsApplication Review:
Evaluate operating conditions (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) to determine appropriate configurations and equipment selectionCross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure solutions are accurate and executableTrusted Advisor:
Support both internal and external stakeholders as a key technical partner throughout the sales lifecycleQualifications Education:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) Application /Sales Engineering:
Experience in customer-facing technical roles supporting engineered equipment or systemsSales Cycle Exposure:
Ability to manage or support opportunities through full lifecycle stagesCommunication:
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, customer-focused wayProposal Experience:
Exposure to RFQ/RFP processes preferredCore Strengths:
Presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Preferred Background T hermalEquipment Experience:
Hands-on experience with air-cooled systems, heat exchangers, or related heat transfer equipment strongly preferredIndustry Exposure:
Background in industrial, energy, or process systems applicationsSelling Environment:
Experience in consultative or solution-based sales environmentsTechnical Interpretation:
