Every day our team helps seniors live safely and independently in their own homes — and we're looking for a Sales / Business Development Rep to grow that impact across our West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland markets. What You'll Do Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, and other referral sources across our WV, VA, and MD markets. Generate, qualify, and close leads that turn into long-term home care clients. Plan and run community events, lunch-and-learns, and networking opportunities. Manage your own schedule and territory — you own your calendar and your results. Submit weekly reports and track referral source development. Be the face of our agency in the community — warm, professional, and persuasive. Utilize CMR, EMR, AI, and other tools - willing to quickly learn systems and processes Who You Are We're looking for someone who is intense, driven, and quick to connect. You take initiative, handle rejection well, and you're energized — not drained — by a fast-paced day with a lot of moving parts. Specifically, you are: Self-motivated and able to work independently — nobody needs to micromanage you Persuasive, warm, and enthusiastic communicator Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach Competitive and results-oriented — you like winning Organized enough to juggle multiple priorities at once Coachable and willing to learn about the home care industry Requirements Background in sales, marketing, or business development (or a marketing degree) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — this is a field-based role Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work full-time and submit weekly reports Healthcare or senior care industry experience is a PLUS — not required Veteran status preferred Travel to conferences, training and coaching by industry professionals Pass all background screening, drug screening and have a good driving record Reliable transportation and auto insurance Associate's degree with bachelor's degree preferred Ability to work outside normal daytime hours as needed What You'll Get Base salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 + commission/bonus tied to performance Daily use of company shared vehicles after training Company matching 401K and voluntary benefits (vision, dental, STD, etc.) Hands-on training, online training, coaching and ongoing support — you'll never be thrown in cold A team that genuinely cares about clients, caregivers, and each other The chance to do meaningful work helping seniors age safely at home Room to grow with a Top 100 agency that's expanding Why Home Helpers We're not a faceless corporate chain.
