This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales of aluminum, stainless steel sheets, plates, and marketing operations in the organization. Work experience in the METALS, MATERIALS, ALUMINUM, manufacturing or
STAINLESS, INDUSTRIAL
products industries, a bachelor's degree or higher, 5+years' experience in B2B sales management, supervisory work experience and proficiency in Microsoft office is required. This a full-time, in-person, exempt position with excellent benefits, 401K, plus bonus (profit share). They can support some relocation fee.
Sales/Marketing Director Duties:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve pre-established revenue goals and increase occupancy
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with the resort's mission, vision, and values
  • Identify target customers for the company, and then orchestrate a strategic plan to sell and market directly to those individuals and groups
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Direct advertising, promotional events, public relations, and digital campaigns
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service, attend business trips domestically
Sales/Marketing Director Skills:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Must have 5+ years' experience in B2B sales management
  • Must have experience in METALS, MATERIALS, ALUMINUM, manufacturing or
STAINLESS, INDUSTRIAL
products industries
  • Must have supervisory work experience
  • Conversational Japanese language skill is a big plus but not mandatory
  • Experience in business development or new venture creation is a big plus
  • Basic knowledge of hands-on experience with digital marketing and/or e-commerce
