Overview:

Steeda is searching for a Sales & Technical Specialist to join our team. Steeda is the leading Ford vehicle aftermarket performance parts manufacturer and retailer with 30+ years in business. We have an opening for the right professional that is knowledgeable, motivated, and customer-focused and is willing to ingrain themselves in the Ford community including Mustang, Bronco, Mach-E, Focus, Trucks, and more. Steeda products have generated a lot of excitement, so you must be energetic and possess a can-do attitude!

Responsibilities:

Consulting with retail, service, and wholesale customers to assist with their needs. Offer technical support as required. Answer inquiries via email, social media, phone, and online support tickets. Maintain the highest level of customer service. •

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience in the Auto Industry. 2+ Years Sales experience. Service Writing experience a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with computer-based order/inventory systems. •
