Salon Assistant

Overview:

Maiden Salon is looking for a dependable, positive, and team-oriented Salon Assistant to help support daily salon operations and elevate the guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced beauty and hospitality environment, takes pride in staying organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the salon flow smoothly. This is a flexible support role focused on maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for both guests and stylists.

Responsibilities:

Shampoo and guest preparation support Cleaning and resetting styling stations Laundry and towel management Restocking retail and backbar supplies Assisting with salon cleanliness and organization Beverage and guest hospitality support Supporting front desk and guest flow as needed Assisting during events and busy service periods General support to help maintain an elevated salon experience

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and team mentality Strong sense of urgency and initiative Comfortable in a client-facing environment Organized and detail-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Flexible schedule availability, especially during peak salon hours and Saturdays Beauty industry or salon experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience.
