Ciro's Hair Pavilion is looking for a Client Relations & Social Media Coordinator who can create a 5-star guest experience at the front desk while being our go-to voice online.

This Role Is Perfect If You Love:

Greeting clients with warmth and making them feel instantly at home Managing appointments, answering calls, DMs, and text inquiries Sharing daily content like transformations, behind-the-scenes, and promotions Talking about services confidently (color, blowouts, extensions, bridal, smoothing treatments, etc.) Upselling services and recommending retail with genuine enthusiasm Educating clients on everything we offer to help them get the best results Supporting the team with organization, flow, and positive vibes

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You:

Have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) Are social media savvy—comfortable filming, posting, and engaging Know how to spark interest in services + products clients didn't know they needed Thrive in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment Are proactive, reliable, and ready to grow
