Duties Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service Lead, train, and develop team members in customer service, technical skills, and product knowledge Manage scheduling, shift management, and employee orientation to optimize team performance Oversee retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and purchasing to maximize profitability Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience Conduct interviewing and recruiting activities to attract talented staff members Maintain accurate payroll records, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks Implement marketing strategies to promote services and increase client retention Monitor retail math and pricing strategies to meet sales goals and manage store budgets Requirements Proven management experience in a retail or service environment with supervising responsibilities Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and retail math principles Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and scheduling software Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients and staff Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and store management Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a retail or salon setting is preferred Join us as a Salon Manager where your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while driving business success.
