The Salsify Product Information Management (PIM) Coordinator will work as part of our ecommerce team to ensure product content accuracy, optimize channel mapping configurations, and maintain data quality standards across multiple retailer platforms including Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, and Ace Hardware. Essential Job Functions • Write and maintain Salsify code for channel mapping configurations. Build and optimize data transformations for multiple retailer syndication feeds. Troubleshoot and resolve channel mapping errors and data validation issues. Develop automated workflows to improve data processing efficiency. Conduct systematic audits of product content across 40,000+ SKUs. Validate data accuracy and completeness against retailer requirements. Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the Salsify environment. Implement structural improvements to enhance data quality at scale. Partner with the Salsify Admin on platform optimization initiatives. Coordinate with ecommerce team members on content strategy execution. Support account managers with retailer-specific data requirements. Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience 2+ years working within Salsify or similar Product Information Management (PIM) platforms. Experience managing large-scale product catalogs (10,000+ SKUs preferred). Background in ecommerce content management or data operations. Familiarity with retailer content requirements (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.). Competencies - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of the Salsify platform and its capabilities. Proven ability to write Salsify code for channel mapping and data transformations. Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems. Strong Excel/data manipulation skills. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-directed with ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with retail.com syndication platforms. Knowledge of product taxonomy and classification systems. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central content requirements.
