Salvage Yard Technician

Hi-Tech Autobody Inc is hiring! We are currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Salvage Yard Technician. This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The starting pay for the position is $16-$19/hr depending on experience. Salvage Yard Technician applicants should have some mechanical aptitude and be familiar with basic mechanical service and tools.

The job duties consist of:

1. Moving salvage vehicles around property as necessary to keep space available for new vehicles. 2. Removing purchased parts from salvage vehicles. 3. Removing Engines and Transmissions from salvage vehicles. If you cannot remove an engine/transmission in working condition, DO NOT apply for this position. 4. Preparing salvage vehicles for disposal. 5. Organizing and maintaining salvage yard to allow for ease of access to salvage vehicles as needed. 6. This is a primarily outdoor position. Hi-Tech Autobody provides for their employees.
