In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting sampling equipment used across our production facilities. Your expertise will ensure that sampling processes operate smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, supporting our commitment to quality and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing operations. Duties Perform routine inspections, calibration, and maintenance of sampling equipment including sensors, vision inspection systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, precision measuring instruments, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Repair and replace components related to hydraulics, low voltage systems, high voltage systems, and sensors to minimize downtime. Interpret technical drawings such as AutoCAD schematics and wiring diagrams for accurate repairs and modifications. Support field service activities by installing, commissioning, and testing sampling equipment at various manufacturing sites. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance programs and calibration procedures. Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in maintenance management systems to ensure compliance and traceability. Requirements Proven experience in industrial electrician work or industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, and distributed control systems. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working with hydraulics, CNC machinery, sensors, vision inspection systems, and calibration techniques. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), AutoCAD schematics, Calypso software (or similar), and manufacturing automation tools. Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot complex electrical or mechanical problems efficiently. Experience working in a field service environment with excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of safety standards related to high voltage systems and industrial environments; military experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
