With a national collaborative partnership network, local community involvement, church mobilization and distinctive training programs, our volunteers and staff are making a decided difference in the Central Valley. Description and General Duties We are searching for a Site Navigator to work directly with survivors of sex trafficking one on one and in groups as they move through the six cornerstones of our Restoration program. The Site Navigator works within a team of Staff and Volunteer Navigators, meets with clients throughout San Joaquin County and at our treatment facility in Modesto, and attends client team meetings as well as local task force and other networking meetings. This position reports to the San Joaquin County Manager. Distinguishing Characteristics Our ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent case management skills, understands trauma-informed care specific to the field of working with sex trafficking survivors and has the ability to connect well with others from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Operating from a servant's heart, relationship building and teamwork are evident strengths. Proficient in managing multiple projects and personalities, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendaring.

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School Diploma; 1-2 years experience in a related field with supervisory or leadership skills preferred; Computer skills and ability to learn relevant software Certified Navigator Training (will be provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

Monday - Friday, 32 hours/week (•on-call as scheduled/needed)

Paid Hourly:
