Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Safely load and unload materials and maintain equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed What We' re

Looking For:

• Previous sandblasting, industrial painting, metal fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and work in a production environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
