Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sandblaster to join our dynamic team, bringing expertise in various aspects of sandblasting and customer service. As a sandblaster, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality sand blasting, ensuring material is ready for powder coating. Your hands-on experience, attention to detail, and ability to interpret schematics will ensure that each project meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from restoration to new construction, while utilizing your broad skill set to make a tangible impact. Duties Perform sand blasting duties to ensure all material is prepped for powder coating in an efficiently and timely manner. Assist with hanging material and lifting heavier objects. Clean oil and grease off of material to be sandblasted. Work as a team with your coworkers to ensure all projects are meeting deadlines. Give an extra hand wherever you are needed. Qualifications Motivated individuals willing to learn Ability to reach high and bend for long periods of time Ability to lift or carry heavy objects Ability to read work orders Experience with sandblasting preferred but willing to train the right person Ability to talk to customers and fill out work orders Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly Ability to work efficiently and quickly Join us as a sandblaster where your expertise will directly contribute to transforming spaces through innovative craftsmanship.
