Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1st Shift Sander positions at a facility in Hickory, NC. Job Description and Requirements We are seeking an experienced Sander to join a manufacturing team. This position will primarily support the sanding process in the flagcase area while also assisting in other areas of manufacturing as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform sanding duties on wood products to meet quality standards Inspect materials to ensure smooth finish and proper preparation Assist in various manufacturing areas as needed Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Work efficiently to meet production goals

Requirements:

Previous sanding experience required Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Pay:

Starting at $17.00/hour

Shift:
