We are looking for a dependable, hardworking and team-oriented employee to assist with daily food preparation, sandwich line operations and catering support. This position plays an important role in maintaining food quality, kitchen organization and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, positive, works well under pressure and takes pride in preparing fresh food with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Daily PrepPrepare fresh ingredients daily including vegetables, meats, cheeses and saucesPortion and label food items properlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, coolers and storage areasAssist with inventory rotation and stockingFollow food safety and sanitation procedures at all timesSandwich Line CookPrepare sandwiches and menu items accurately and efficientlyEnsure food presentation and quality standards are metWork collaboratively with front-of-house staff during busy service periodsMaintain a clean and organized sandwich lineMonitor ingredient levels and restock as needed throughout shiftsCatering AssistantAssist with preparation of catering ordersEnsure catering items are accurate, organized and completed on timeHelp assemble trays, platters and boxed lunchesSupport loading and setup of catering orders when neededCommunicate effectively with team members regarding large or time-sensitive orders

Qualifications:

21+Food service or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidateAbility to work efficiently in a very fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessReliable, punctual and team-orientedAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbsPositive attitude and willingness to learn
