7:00pm-3:00am (Sun-Thurs) QPS Employment Group has a great Sanitation position available at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to food safety and quality standards while working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that values safety and cleanliness. Sanitation Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all production areas, equipment, tools, floors, walls, and storage spaces according to established procedures.
• Monitor and operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems, ensuring proper flow rates, timing, temperatures, and conductivity levels.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery as required for cleaning and sanitization.
• Handle and apply chemicals, sanitizers, and cleaning agents safely, maintaining proper labeling and storage practices.
• Conduct daily chemical tests on CIP tanks and record chemical usage logs accurately.
• Ensure all sanitation activities comply with FDA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and internal safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of cleaning activities, logs, checklists, and regulatory records.
• Attend training sessions on sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and new techniques.
• Follow safety guidelines, report hazards, and use PPE such as aprons, chemical-resistant gloves, rubber boots, and face shields.
• Support waste disposal efforts and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Sanitation Requirements:

• Previous sanitation or janitorial experience in a food processing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime or extended shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene practices.
