ROLE SUMMARY
The Sanitation bake line technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the production plant in compliance with established sanitary standards and protocols.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Clean and sanitize production floor, walls, and equipment. Perform CIP cleaning cycles on tanks, pipelines, and processing equipment following validated procedures. Monitor and record critical CIP parameters (time, temperature, chemical concentration, and flow) Fully disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing. Verify effectiveness of cleaning through inspections, ATP swabs, and other verification methods. Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and released for production. Prepare and handle sanitation chemicals according to SOPs and SDS requirements. Perform chemical titrations to verify proper concentrations. Follow SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) and Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) Perform all other duties deemed necessary or required by the sanitation manager. Inform and report any issue or equipment malfunction to sanitation manager. Complete and maintain sanitation logs, CIP records, and verification documentation. Adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Adherence to SQF (Safe Quality Food).Adherence to all safety policies. Regular and predictable attendance. Maintain behaviors that support ourCORE VALUES.

EDUCATION andEXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some experience preferred. CIP experience preferred.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to speak & understand English Ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent projects requiring judgment and initiative. Able to work both independently and in a team environment. Able to work effectively in a fast-pace, time-critical environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift 20 pounds. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail and accuracy.WORKING CONDITIONS PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is frequently required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The ability to use inventory and other computer programs, including keyboarding, is required. The Associate must be able to move around the warehouse site to inspect and observe proper operations. The Associate is occasionally required to climb or balance, kneel, and crouch. The Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally exposed to extreme cold (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
