Job Description
New Job Ahead! We have a new opening for a Bilingual Sanitation Lead. The Sanitation Lead ensures adherence to SSOP's and local and federal regulations. Maintains cleanliness and health standards. Performs daily sanitation inspections and oversees the duties of sanitation associates. This position is temp to hire.

2nd Shift - Typical start 4:30pm or later Must be flexible with hours. During peak, must be flexible with 7-night rotating schedule.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees daily operations of the sanitation department and monitors efficiency and performance. Executes general sanitation cleaning duties based on company-documented processes and procedures (SOP's, Standard Work). Maintains and monitors the master sanitation schedule. Prioritizes and assigns daily sanitation tasks and coordinates sanitation issues. Oversees detailed cleaning tasks and ensures work orders are completed. Assists in maintaining Master Sanitation Schedule in an "audit-ready" state. Assists with maintaining plant Sanitation Manual by including updates to Sanitation SOP's. Assists with root cause analysis and documentation of corrective action in response to sanitation requirements and procedures. Assists in the maintenance of the Chemical Control Program, including storing, inventory, labeling, SDS's, diluting, and use of sanitation chemicals. Recommends improvements to the Sanitation Program, Pest Control Program, and others as deemed appropriate. Ensures sanitation chemicals, supplies, and tools are stocked and available. Performs post-cleaning inspections. Sanitizes/cleans equipment. Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned.Work Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred Bilingual English-Spanish a must! Ability to work in a cold environment (32º - 40ºF). Own transportation 2-3 years of warehouse/ sanitation experience preferred Knowledge of GMP's, Sanitation, Safety, and HACCP Knowledge of GMP's, SSOP's, and food safety and quality audits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Computer proficiency:
complete familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications, especially excel, plus a readiness to learn new customized software and systems. Knowledge of GMP, food plant operations, and safety.
