Success:

4 year degree in Food Science, Management/Supervision, or equivalent Certified PCO, preferred 2-4 years' experience in Sanitation &/or Supervision

• food industry preferred Knowledge of OSHA requirements, equipment operation, & chemicals

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Computer proficient

• MS Office Excellent Communication skills
