Sanitation Team Lead (2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Wednesday - Saturday)

Job Summary This position is responsible for safely leading and working with the sanitation team to ensure production area sanitation is completed efficiently and effectively. Essential Functions Lead the sanitation team by following all safety procedures to avoid accidents; use appropriate safety equipment when required; use lockout/tag out procedures when required. Comply with all safety requirements and GMPs. Oversee and lead the sanitation crew to ensure equipment sanitation standards are being met. Assist in employee training on cleaning equipment and procedures, chemical handling procedures, GMP and SSOP procedures, and all safety procedures. Complete all daily paperwork required (i.e. SOPs, etc.) Other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 25 years +
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
• Able to follow verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work as a team player and ability to work independently.
• Time management skills. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Wednesday through Saturday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm. May be required to work overtime.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to operate and use all necessary equipment. Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience preferred but not require.
• 1+ years of food plant sanitation experience.
