Job Description:

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Systems Manager to support and enhance SAP Finance applications while driving finance technology initiatives. The role will work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient SAP solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP Finance modules, SAP S/4HANA, system support, and finance process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage and support SAP Finance systems including:

SAP S/4HANA

Finance

ECC FI/CO

Treasury and Controlling Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements. Support

SAP S/4HANA

upgrades, migrations, and finance transformation initiatives. Ensure system performance, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Coordinate issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and ongoing production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. Support reporting, analytics, automation, and integration initiatives. Work with external vendors and support teams to maintain service quality. Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills Strong experience with

Good understanding of: Financial Accounting Controlling Treasury processes Financial reporting Experience with SAP support, enhancements, and finance system integrations. Knowledge of reporting and analytics solutions within SAP environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. SAP Finance or S/4HANA certification preferred.

MBA/CPA/CMA

is a plus. Experience 7+ years of SAP Finance experience. 3+ years in a lead or management role. Experience working on

SAP S/4HANA

transformation or upgrade projects. Experience supporting enterprise finance applications and reporting environments. Preferred Skills Exposure to SAP BTP, automation, or workflow tools. Understanding of IFRS/GAAP and finance compliance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
