) We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Payroll Security Specialist for a fast-paced 30-day engagement. This role requires a hands-on expert who can independently own payroll security design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Key Responsibilities Design, build, and test SAP payroll security roles end-to-end Manage security requirements across SAP ECP and SuccessFactors RBP Ensure compliance with payroll data privacy, governance, and audit standards Troubleshoot and resolve authorization conflicts and access issues Work independently with minimal oversight in a high-priority environment Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECP Security and RBP Proven ability to independently manage the full payroll security lifecycle Experience supporting payroll compliance and audit requirements Ability to deliver under aggressive timelines and tight deadlines
