Hours:

Flexible 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday Optional OT available

Perform routine machine set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and equipment. Conduct inspections to guarantee parts meet quality standards and promptly address any deviations or issues that may arise. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production problems and improve processes. Requirements Prior experience in Manufacturing is preferred but not required. Ability and desire to learn the interpretation of blueprints, and quality control specifications. Familiarity with operating machinery such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform precision work. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Technical or vocational training in machining or related field is a bonus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
