. The successful candidates will be reliable, committed, and eager to grow into various positions, including general labor, machine operators and forklift operators. The starting rate for this position is $21.38 per hour with the potential to grow to $30.90 per hour based on skill level and experience. What You'll Do Complete clean-up and ground maintenance of regularly assigned area. Assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill by straightening lumber cross-ups using a pickaxe or chain saw, as necessary. Develop skills across various machine centers and take on new responsibilities as you grow within the company. Perform any other work-related task deemed necessary by the supervisor What You Offer High School Diploma/Equivalent Preferred. Prior manufacturing/warehouse/lumber operations experience preferred. Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions. Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements:

Walking, standing, climbing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
